Which button profile should I choose?
Hemispherical for hard, abrasive rock, parabolic for medium rock, ballistic for soft non-abrasive rock. See the bit guide, or send us your rock type and we will choose.
What is the difference between Retrac and Straightrac?
Retrac skirts have cutting edges that help pull the bit out of broken or caving holes. Straightrac adds angled flutes for 360° wall contact, reducing hole deviation while keeping retrac edges.
